Our Class

The birth class you’ve been looking for.

In person.

Taught in-person in a group setting. Meet other new parents who will soon have babies the same age as yours. Learn from each other even after class ends.

Evidence based.

Evidence based information that isn’t biased toward a certain type of birth. We teach about what you can expect during a medicated or unmedicated birth.

Interactive.

Ask questions, talk to birth professionals, mingle with other new parents. There will be some “lecture” time, but we will break that up with hands on activities!
